i went to Laura Mvula’s concert yesterday in Montreal and it was simply amazing. one of the best show i’ve been to in my entire life (and i’ve been to alooooot of shows). she was accompanied by a harp, piano, drum, double bass, violin, cello and her (very beautiful) sister as a backup singer. the sound was pure. holy. harmonious. powerful. their perfomance was perfect. if she comes in a city near you, you have to go (dont worry you wont go broke, tickets were 13.50$ in Montreal)!
